Musandam Governorate is Oman’s northernmost region, separated from the rest of the country by the United Arab Emirates and renowned for its spectacular coastal landscapes. Often referred to as the "Norway of Arabia," Musandam is famous for its fjord-like inlets, towering limestone mountains, secluded bays, and crystal-clear waters.

Musandam is a northern exclave of Oman, located at the entrance of the Strait of Hormuz. It is separated from the rest of Oman by the UAE, and surrounded by the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman waters

How To Reach
Musandam can be reached by domestic flight to Khasab Airport from Muscat, or by road via the United Arab Emirates, most commonly from Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah.
Travelling by road requires crossing the Oman–UAE border, and all passengers must carry a valid passport. As border regulations and access points may change, it is recommended to check in advance which border crossings are open to tourists before travelling.
