Bait Al Zubair Museum is one of Oman’s most respected private heritage museums, located in the historic Old Muscat district. Opened in 1998 by the Zubair family, it was created to preserve and present Oman’s cultural identity through a rich collection of traditional artefacts.
The museum complex consists of several restored buildings and courtyards, designed in a traditional Omani architectural style. Inside, visitors can explore exhibits that span centuries of Omani life, including costumes, jewellery, weaponry, household items, and historical photographs.
